SHOOGIES CRANBERRY MULE (Party Batch)
For the Whole-Berry Cranberry Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup Shoogies Cane Sugar
8 ounces frozen cranberries (2 cups)
1 tablespoon fi grated lime zest
For the Cocktail:
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, plus 3 thinly sliced lime rounds, for garnish
4 ounces ginger beer (1/2 cup), chilled
Make the Whole-Berry Cranberry Simple Syrup:
Stir together Shoogies sugar, cranberries, lime zest & 2 tablespoons water in a small saucepan
Cook over medium-high, stirring constantly, until cranberries just start to burst, about 5
Remove from heat; let cool completely
Refrigerate, covered, until cold, at least 1 hour, and up to 1 week
Make the Cocktail:
Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice cubes
Stir in lime juice, ginger beer, and 3 tablespoons cranberries and syrup from Whole-Berry
Cranberry Simple Syrup
Garnish with lime rounds.
Shoogies Mello Mellon
· 2 ounces sparkling water
· 1-ounce fresh lemon juice
· 1 Package Shoogies
· 2 watermelon chunks
· 2 chopped basil leaves
1. Cut the watermelon into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
2. Place the watermelon, basil and in a cocktail shaker.
3. Add the sparkling water, lemon juice and Shoogies.
4. Fill with ice, place the lid on the shaker and shake well—30 seconds or so.
5. Pour into a glass and garnish with extra watermelon and basil.
Shoogies Agave Pineapple Margarita Mocktail
20 oz Shoogies Agave
10 oz limeade concentrate
10 oz lime Juice
5 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orange Bitters
1 cup lemon sparkling water
8 cups ice
Limes for garnish
Combine the limeade, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange bitters, and Shoogies Agave in a pitcher,
stirring until the agave has dissolved. Add ice and sparkling water
Next up, fill each glass with ice. Pour drink over ice. Top the drink with a slice of lime, if desired.
